Title: Senior Executive, Learning & Development
Job Summary:
This role will support the Senior Manager, Learning & Development in learning activities to equip HSA officers with the necessary competencies and skills to perform their roles well, and be future-ready.

\xc2\xb7 Facilitate registration of officers for programmes/courses using in-house systems.
\xc2\xb7 Advise internal customers on HSA\xe2\x80\x99s learning and overseas travel policies, guidelines and processes.
\xc2\xb7 Assist in organising in-house learning programmes/courses and learning-related events and activities, including the quarterly team building sessions and orientation for new hires.
\xc2\xb7 Prepare publicity eDMs for learning events and activities to encourage sign-up.
\xc2\xb7 Prepare letters for bonds/scholarships/ minimum service periods.
\xc2\xb7 Process payment of training-related invoices to vendors.
\xc2\xb7 Assist in managing external vendors to facilitate learning activities for officers.
\xc2\xb7 Assist in identifying learning needs and suitable programmes for officers.
\xc2\xb7 Prepare learning reports to track key learning statistics.
Job Requirements:

\xc2\xb7 Able to work well in a team as well as independently with minimal supervision
\xc2\xb7 Proactive and meticulous
\xc2\xb7 Good organizational and multi-tasking skills
\xc2\xb7 Proficient in Microsoft Office
