Timely submission of periodic and ad-hoc leasing reports, management reports, budgetary controls and budgeting
System security controls and administration, manage data integrity and updates and carry out IT-enabled initiatives supporting work
Centralisation, standardisation and maintenance of manuals, templates, reports, forms, letters and legal documents so as to meet service quality standards
From time to time, to assist and support the review of internal and inter-department workflow, policies formulation, staff orientation programmes, liaising with auditors / lawyers /external parties, etc.
Assist the manager in communicating to staff to carry out daily leasing duties and provide appropriate feedback on process and system improvement
Assist to manage System level Space requirements

Salary:
Up to $5400
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma holder with at least 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 relevant work experience in office administration, with strong focus in management reporting, policy formulation, documentation, processes and procedures
Open to Fresh Degree in related field of study
Good working knowledge of real estate practices and documents will be an added advantage
IT savvy and proficiency in MS Office Applications
Dedicated service-oriented team-player with good initiative, meticulous, multi-tasking ability to work under pressure so as to meet tight deadlines
