What the role is:You will support MOH Health Regulation Group, in the broader healthcare services licensing and compliance strategy, to process, screen and manage licensing applications from healthcare service licensees. You will be working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment that would require the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders at the same time.What you will be working on:You will be part of the Licensing, Research and Charities Team that strives to provide a one-stop integrated system and touchpoint of various regulatory information and licensing services/solutions for healthcare service providers You will also support ad-hoc projects pertaining to the development, design and implementation of the appropriate systems and processes to support healthcare licensing. This may entail stakeholder engagement to help identify gaps and potential areas for quality improvement.What we are looking for:

• Operational experience, with good project management skills or experience in quality service management and customer service preferred but fresh graduates with a keen interest in these areas are also welcomed \xe2\x80\xa2 Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and initiative \xe2\x80\xa2 Good communication and engagement skills to liaise with multiple stakeholders in the healthcare licensing eco-system \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to work independently \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to work under pressure and welcomes challenges Ideal candidate should also possess the following key competencies: \xe2\x80\xa2 Thinking Clearly & Making Sound Judgements - Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities to support the crafting of sound policy recommendations; ability to grasp timelines, operating context and ground realities. \xe2\x80\xa2 Learning & Putting Skills into Action - Possesses the drive and curiosity to learn and apply new skills, knowledge and new ways of working. \xe2\x80\xa2 Improving & Innovating - Ability to seek continual improvements, and to innovate and experiment while managing the risks involved. \xe2\x80\xa2 Working Effectively with Stakeholders - Ability to mobilise and rally partners and stakeholders towards a collective purpose.
