Shipment Arrangement/Coordination/Monitoring
- Ensure EXW/FCA shipments are arranged on time, locally and international
- Operational management and control of the entire flow from shipment activations with forwarders, daily shipment coordination and monitoring, resolve cargo damage disputes, as well as ensuring on-time invoice payable
- Maintain shipping report for all inbound and outbound shipments
- RFQ for shipments and provide shipping advice to program teams
- Resolve cargo damage disputes
- Import permit application for inbound DAP shipments
Kofax Invoice
- Verify shipments invoices
- Request for required approvals prior to shipment arrangements
Cross Functional Involvement on Warehouse Management
- Manage 3PL workload fluctuation through better shipment planning and scheduling
Adhoc
- Review and update current SOP
- Explore shipment tracking visibility using digitalization initiatives
