Its diversified real estate asset classes cover retail, office, lodging, business parks, industrial, logistics, self-storage and data centres.As part of a team who contributes to the ongoing effectiveness and efficiency of the Group, you will define and drive implementation of Internal Audit department\xe2\x80\x99s digital strategy.ResponsibilitiesResearch into new techniques to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of internal auditWorking closely with audit teams to ideate data analytic use cases to predict risks and detect anomaliesBuild relationships and form collaborative partnerships with colleagues across the organizationManage and enhance the audit management systemRequirementsMinimum 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in data analytics within an audit / risk or controls function, with a focus on data-driven audit techniquesProficiency in Microsoft Fabric and other data analytics related experience will be an added advantageHighly entrepreneurial, innovative and resourceful with a track record in creative and successful problem solvingExperience in stakeholder management with excellent interpersonal and communication abilitiesBusiness proficiency in written and spoken Mandarin to collaborate with China offices will be an advantageCIA, CISA or relevant certification in analytics will be added advantageExposure to portfolio management, asset management or fund management business in real estate industry is a plusBenefits
