Senior Executive/ Manager, Marketing

Job Description


We are currently working with a property client in the search of Senior Marketing executive for the planning and execution of integrated, high-impact B2B marketing strategies and programs for their property portfolio across online and offline channels.

  • Plan and execute creative, effective digital marketing campaigns across the funnel, including SEO, SEM, display advertising, social media, and email marketing, to generate leads.
  • Enhance performance marketing by leveraging AI and data analytics to drive more targeted reach and higher conversion.
  • Develop content strategy and articles (social media posts, long-form articles, thought leadership content) to build brand awareness and consideration.
  • Drive the launch of new industrial properties by working closely with management and internal stakeholders to develop product branding, naming, positioning, press releases, and corporate/marketing events.
  • Work closely with Leasing and internal departments to develop product USPs and messaging for digital ads, articles, eDMs, pitch decks, videos, and brochures.
  • Produce engaging in-house marketing assets (e.g., eDMs, marketing presentations, social media graphics, and videos).
  • Develop and manage new property websites/campaign landing pages of existing properties on AEM.
  • Track, analyze, and report the effectiveness of marketing campaigns against targets and marketing investments (including analyzing key sources of leads) for regular reporting to management and internal stakeholders.
  • Conduct research on property market trends, brand audiences, and competitors to align marketing strategy with the goal of driving engagement and conversion.
  • Stay abreast of emerging digital tools and platforms, digital marketing trends, and new technologies to propose new initiatives for effective online advertising (not limited to Google, Facebook, and LinkedIn).
Requirements
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing or Mass Communications.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in marketing.
  • Familiar with the full range of marketing communications activities, with an eye for design.
  • Creative, dynamic, and resourceful, with a relevant network and contacts.
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Basic knowledge of photo/video editing and Adobe Experience Manager is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently and across teams
