Working days & hrs: 5 days work ; 9am - 6pm ; Hybrid Mode (Monday & Friday WFH)
Salary range: up to SGD 5,000 (dep on exp) + Variable Bonus
Job Responsibilities:
Campaign Marketing
o Oversee & manager the execution of omni-channel campaigns, ensuring seamless integration and alignment across online and retail platforms. o Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for retail and omni-channel campaigns, ensuring alignment with company overall business objectives. o Lead the planning of thematic and commercial campaigns across all channels, including ecommerce, social media, and in-store. o Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging and execution of campaigns across company-owned platforms. o Manage the procurement of gifts with purchase (GWP), from ideation and sourcing to ordering and coordination with Supply Chain for activation.
Retail Marketing
o Support flagship store strategy & activations, including promotions & events. o Take ownership of all retail marketing initiatives, ensuring a superior customer experience at all retail touchpoints, including digital screens, in-store displays, and promotional signage. o Oversee and coordinate with external vendors and stores to execute events & out-of-home activations. o Collaborate with third-party & mall partners to drive store traffic and sales, securing marketing support for key campaigns and enhancing retail presence. o Oversee the preparation and deployment of point-of-sale materials (POSM), ensuring timely and accurate execution in collaboration with external vendors. o Oversee weekly Marketing Action Box reports to brief the retail team on upcoming activations and ensure clear communication and alignment.
Performance Reporting & Operational Excellence
o Conduct post-mortem reports to analyse the performance of omni-channel & retail campaigns identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization. o Maintain the Marketing Expense Tracker, raising purchase requisitions and purchase orders as needed, and working closely with Finance to track billbacks and ensure budget adherence. o Foster strong collaboration with marketing and brand peers, ensuring alignment and integration of efforts across teams.Skillset:
Relevant 4 years of retail beauty experiences
Attention to detail
Strong analytical skills, SQL and Google Analytics experience will be advantageous
Excellent written communication skills
Ability to work with tight deadlines
Demonstrate excellence in project & time management
