Plan, develop and drive the Go-to-Market plan for Nutrilite (Weight Management, Traditional Complementary Medicine, Healthy Eating), XS, Amway Loyalty Program and Commercial Innovations
Ability to craft strategy and articulate the product features/benefits around messaging and marketing stories to all communication channels
Conceptualise and execute on marketing campaigns, product life cycle and commercial innovation for launches
Analyse consumer trends, market research on competitors, market best practices to build successful strategies and define target audience
Create analytics data and extract key insight for future campaign development and go to market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations
Present ideas and final deliverables about marketing strategies, campaigns and budgets
Set and monitor sales forecast to actual sales and stock level for the monthly promotion include preparing of various sales reports and presentation slides
Brief with direction to Communication to implement and ensuring the alignment of communication and messaging of new product content like BSM, banners, flyers, product catalogue across all channels
Plan and execute product events/ rallies with expert speakers to enhance ABOs\' experience, knowledge and selling skills on Amway products
Plan and organize Products training workshops/programs etc.
Handle feedback/complaints (helpdesk and walk in) effectively and follow through on the issues to gather mutually satisfactory resolution (for all parties involved)
Plan and propose for promotion premium, packaging and folders.
Work closely to marketing team and other functions in a collaborative way on daily operational matters
