Job Purpose

This is an instrumental role as we seek to acquire new users and increase revenue potential with customized content through influencer outreach strategy on our WINK+ app.

To create and execute effective acquisition strategies, launch new marketing campaigns (both internal and external), build relationships, and optimize WINK+ App activities for return on investment and cost efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage marketing campaign planning and execution.
• Manage digital influencer projects with the content team.
• Manage social media posts, promotional emails, and other marketing collateral.
• Manage and coordinate in the creation of written, video, and image content for marketing channels.
• Management of all WINK+ digital assets.
• Be part of the overall WINK+ marketing brainstorming sessions.
• Measure and report the results of defined marketing initiatives.

Qualifications & Work Experience

• Minimum Bachelor\'s Degree (or equivalent)
• Prior experience in Product/ App Marketing will be preferential.
• Prior experience in fast paced start up agile and fast paced environment will be beneficial.

Skills

• Self-motivation and ability to work independently.
• Good Project Management skills to multitask.
• Good Presentation skills to manage stakeholders.
• Analytical and Meticulous in details.
• Well versed with MS Office
• Possesses a good positive attitude and the ability to cope with tight deadlines.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
