Job Description

Role:

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEO, SEM, display advertising, social media, and email marketing.
• Optimize marketing performance through AI and data analytics to improve targeting and conversion rates.
• Develop content strategy and create content (social media posts, articles, thought leadership pieces) to enhance brand awareness and consideration.
• Collaborate with management and stakeholders to develop product branding, naming, positioning, press releases, and corporate/marketing events for new industrial properties.
• Develop product USPs and messaging for marketing materials such as digital ads, articles, emails, pitch decks, videos, and brochures.
• Create engaging in-house marketing assets, including emails, presentations, social media graphics, and videos.
• Develop and manage new property websites and campaign landing pages on AEM.
• Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns against targets and investments.
• Conduct market research on property trends, target audiences, and competitors to inform marketing strategies.
• Stay updated on emerging digital tools, platforms, and trends.
• Propose new initiatives for effective online advertising.

Requirements:

• Degree in Marketing or Mass Communications
• At least 3 years of relevant marketing experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong understanding of marketing communications and design
• Creative, dynamic, and resourceful with a professional network
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
• Basic knowledge of photo/video editing and Adobe Experience Manager (preferred)
• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and be self-motivated
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively
