Senior/ Executive, NCID Operations Command Centre (6 months renewable) This role at the NCID Operations Command Centre (NOCC) supports disease outbreak operations at institutional level by ensuring a centralised and coordinated chain of communicatio Senior/ Executive, NCID Operations Command Centre (6 months renewable) This role at the NCID Operations Command Centre (NOCC) supports disease outbreak operations at institutional level by ensuring a centralised and coordinated chain of communications and work processes between NCID and its internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Operations Control Work closely with various stakeholders such as the Ministry of Health, Tan Tock Seng Hospital, and other agencies/institutions to execute and monitor functions relating to the management of suspect or confirmed cases of infectious diseases (primarily, but not limited to COVID-19) (e.g. coordinate the admission and discharge of cases, patient transfers between institutions). Support workflow reviews and enhancements. Provide support to any other operational functions as part of disease outbreak response. Operations Planning and Information Management Work with internal and external stakeholders to plan, develop and operationalise workflows related to disease outbreak response. Provide secretariat support for internal meetings where required. Monitor and collate information and data, and disseminate report to enable situational awareness. Education, Training and Experience Bachelor Degree or Diploma graduate Possess basic excel skills Preferably 1 to 2 years of working experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Working Schedule Able to commit to 3 rotational shifts and work on weekends and Public Holidays.
