Job Description
What the role is:o Assist to develop the Training Masterplan to ensure Duty Commanders and outsourced security officers are adequately trained for their respective functions o Conduct red teaming and audit exercises to validate competency of outsourced security officers o Conduct TOPSIS training for outsourced security officers and Jurong Island tenants. o Be part of a project team to partake in project management when requiredWhat you will be working on:o Able to assist in JISOD's security operations when required, and this includes covering the duties of Duty Commanders when needed. Be au fait with all operating systems, Standard Operating Procedures, incident management and incident reporting roles. Duty Commanders perform shift duties to cover 24hrs - 8am to 3pm, 3pm to 10pm and 10pm to 8am. o Able to take on additional responsibilities as directed by Head of Department.What we are looking for:
- Good communication and report writing skills xe2x80xa2 Familiar with security system and use of technology in security operations xe2x80xa2 Experience in security operations and training xe2x80xa2 Experience in audit and red teaming exercises
