Our Client, a leading and well-known Public Health Institution in Singapore is inviting qualified candidates to fill the position as Senior Executive, Ops & Admin.
Summary:
- Location: West
- Working Hours: Monday - Friday, Office Hours
- Industry: Healthcare
- Full time benefits entitlement
- Support and implement initiatives
- Manage service point operations assigned, including front counter services, administrative, and operational matters
- Responsible for ensuring that facilities are patient-friendly, safe and clean.
- Staff Management
- Responsible for communication between staff and leadership
- Experience in healthcare sector will be an advantage
- A team player who is also able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Computer proficiency
- Service-oriented and customer-focused
