Reporting to the Manager, the appointee will be part of the Course Operations Division and will handle the administration of part-time full qualification courses, which include but not limited to the end-to-end cycle of course administration and management, stakeholder management, resource management, tracking of admissions outcomes, providing support for Learning Management Systems and Training Management System, and actively seek out information, tools, and methodologies to enhance processes.
Responsibilities:-
Operations & Stakeholder Administrative Support
Handle system configurations including intakes, TPG synchronisation and POLITEMall integration Track and monitor application and enrolment numbers Analyse enrolment numbers to determine and optimise utilisation of resources Provide feedback to internal stakeholders on take-up rates and cancellations. Identify areas of improvement, analyse data and prepare reports on admissions statistics, data and trends and outcome to review the admissions process Evaluate stakeholder needs on course-related matters, prioritise and manage their expectations and feedback Review and streamline processes and systems for optimal efficiency and stakeholder experience. Collaborate on joint projects with other Ops teams
Resource Management Support
Liaise with outsourcing partner to administer admissions operations including evaluating applications, admissions process, module enrolment, progression, payment, timetable, etc Track and feedback outsourcing partner\xe2\x80\x99s performance Escalate performance issues with internal stakeholders.
Learning and Training Management Systems Support
Conduct training sessions for users on how to navigate and utilise the features of the LMS. Provide ongoing support and guidance to users Investigate and resolve technical issues encountered by users within the LMS and TMS.
