Senior Executive, Performance & Rewards (West/up to $5K/ Healthcare /12 months)
The Opportunity
- Opportunity to work in the government sector with exposure in HR Operations
- Salary: UP to $5,000
- Location: Jurong East
- Preferably with 1-2 years working experience
- Proficient in MS Office applications with advance skills in MS excel
- Bachelor\'s degree from a recognized university
- Able to commit for 12 months contract
- Provide administrative support in Total Performance Management and Promotion Exercise
- Provide support for allocation of manpower budgeting during budget planning cycle
- Provide support during compensation and benefits audit exercises
- Assist in compensation and benefit surveys
- Assist in HR operation on daily basis
- Participate in HR projects and other ad-hoc
