Job Description
:
- Facilitating seamless operations of Academy courses through logistical and administrative support.
- Leading and supervising a team of course support staff and student assistants.
- Managing both face-to-face and online courses, ensuring their effective administration.
- Occasionally working flexible hours, including some weekday evenings or weekends, to provide support for Academy courses. Compensation will be provided in the form of flexible time-off or off-days for such deployments.
- A minimum requirement of a Polytechnic Diploma or its equivalent.
- A robust service-oriented mindset focused on meeting needs effectively.
- Analytical, resourceful, and meticulous qualities for problem-solving.
- Strong collaborative skills to work effectively within teams.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) to engage with internal and external stakeholders.
- A proactive interest in enhancing processes for improved efficiency.
- Preferably with experience in training, administration, or course coordination roles.
