- Conceptualise plans to design, develop, follow through and implement projects to transform and/or enhance smart campus experience
- Understand user requirements, formulate concept of operations, seek budget approval and handle procurement
- Manage internal project teams, stakeholders and vendors to ensure alignment of expectations and successful project implementation.
- Anticipate, identify and mitigate potential project risks and derailers to ensure adherence to the project schedule.
- Provide timely project updates to management as well as meeting platforms.
- Emerging trends in Training & Learning Development space/sector
- Industry awards and recognition opportunities for Organisations
- RMAC reports
- KPI
- Internal audits
- Budget
- Project tracking
- Liability checks for library items
- Data governance
- Corporate events
- Innovation related publicity and visuals (innovation culture building)
