Plan, propose and drive marketing opportunities that align with the team\xe2\x80\x99s strategy to achieve key outcomes across branding, product, communications, growth, performance, campaigns and social
Collaborate with key clients and partners on joint marketing activities that encourage consumer & client engagement and conversion
Collaborate with both Marketing and Partnerships team in forming and maintaining relationships with new and existing platform strategic partners respectively, to drive platform growth and enhance positioning as a leading lifestyle rewards programme.
Work with cross-functional teams (product, customer & client operations, business development) to plan and implement marketing-related projects and campaigns
Proactively monitor campaign ROIs, derive actionable insights and take prompt actions to conduct A/B testing and optimize marketing performance
Adopt a data-driven approach to providing recommendations and developing marketing initiatives
Keep abreast with the latest marketing technologies and trends to uncover new marketing opportunities
Support the management of our campaign budgets, agencies & vendors, to ensure cost effectiveness and achievement of campaign deliverables

Requirements
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field, preferably with experience in retail/brands, loyalty or martech environment
Strong marketing, communications and brand management skills, with proven interest in marketing-related fields
Proactive self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced and data-driven environment
Well-organized and able to navigate ambiguity, effectively managing tasks with a problem-solving mindset
Clear communicator and presenter with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ideally, have experience in marketing, data and customer engagement tools, including and not limited to Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Campaign, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Appsflyer, MixPanel, Google Tag Manager, Power BI, Tableau or programming language (HTML)
Prior experience in partnerships management, which includes negotiation skills, is a plus.
