Summary of Job Responsibilities

The primary responsibility of the Senior Executive - Procure-to-Pay (P2P) is to execute the departments' Procure-to-Pay, Inventory Management, Financial spending accruals and continuous improvement program. This position will liaise closely with our Operations, Engineering and A&A teams with administrative duties. At the same time to work closely with Facilities Finance to provide financial numbers for reporting purpose.

Reporting to the Director - Facilities Support Operations, you will deliver the following:

Job Responsibilities

• Perform centralized function to raise Purchase Requisition for Catalog and Non-Catalog items
• Verify & assign spendings to relevant Capex or Opex budget
• Monitor & replenish Inventory for centralized store.
• Perform regular cycle count to ensure accuracy and accountability
• Be the liaison party with MBS Procurement/Finance for any procurement and payment matter
• Perform verification of delivery /service rendered & good receipt
• Perform Monthly Spending Accrual and submit to MBS Finance
• Contract renewal monitoring & coordination
• Contract terms verification
• Handle processing of Inter-Departmental Billing & Billable Work Orders
• Support corporate programs, cost savings & productivity initiatives
• Any other P2P processing & reconciliation work

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education & Certification

• Tertiary qualification(s) in the fields of Business or Administration field is a pre-requisite
• 5 years of related industry experience
• Certified with ARIBA & MAXIMO will be advantageous

Experience

• Experience in using ARIBA
• Experience in using Maximo
• Experience in Procure-to-Pay nature of work
• At least 5 years working experience in administration or finance
• Experience in the large-scale properties such as Integrated Resort, Hospitality, Mixed Development, MICE etc. is ideal
