Job Scope:

As the program consultant - Operations Integration, he/she will work with cross functional teams to define and deliver a program of logistics initiatives. Acting as a consultant to Supply chain PMs and business stakeholders to scope and design the operations execution requirements, then drive the coordination and launch of these initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with Supply Chain and Operations PMs and key stakeholders from various business functions to document operations execution requirements, and then lead the program launch. Continuously work with Operations to continue to scale as a part of business as usual
• Plan and conduct regular program and key initiative leadership reviews, addressing strategic and tactical gains
• Develop and refine a program framework for managing, reporting key metrics, and analyzing tactical and operational priorities, goal and progress
• Innovate on behalf of business teams to ensure programs maximize investment, empower the business, and exceed customer expectations
• Evaluate launch outcomes, metrics and integrate learnings into the organization plan
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, leading team to resolve issues and implement changes for better outcomes

• Degree in Engineering / Supply Chain / Business Administration from a well-recognised Educational Institution
• Experience managing strategic projects, demonstrating ability to get buy-in from key stakeholders (leading initiatives from inception through execution)
• Strong data analysis skills, including attention to detail, ability to interpret and draw conclusions from a large volume of data
• Advantageous to have experience working in small teams and sourcing projects
• Demonstrated ability to define, refine and implement sales processes, procedures, and policies. Excellent cross functional collaboration skills.
• Highly organized, have multi-tasking skills, and efficient in ambiguous situations.
