Leads and completes administrative duties for Casino Operations related assigned duties.
Prepares and coordinates all A&P submissions to legal, compliance, CRA, MSF and all other necessary government agencies to ensure proper approvals are met.
Designs, creates marketing content, and identifies key locations to publish digital content for new games launches, promotional campaigns, and directional signages to enhance customer experience.
Coordinates with Casino Events, Slot Operations, and external vendors to create timelines, facilitate Simulated Gaming, and support Slots Tournament and Marketing/Event team promotion initiatives.
Manages Digital Marketing Content ensuring information during execution is accurate, complies with all compliance and regulations within casino premises and content is uploaded, published, refreshed, and removed in a timely manner.
Maintains a deep understanding of ETGs and product opportunities to ensure game rules and implementation comport with developed strategies.
Supports casino operation initiatives, renovation works and projects with approved directional signages to enhance patronsxe2x80x99 experience. Develops recommendations for short and long-term product marketing strategies.
Liaises with various internal departments and external partners to communicate and ensure project/ events/ promotions are in-line with established strategies and implementation timelines.
Understands Slots Operating system and relevant supporting software/ platforms to constantly improve content ideas and optimize creative performance.
Develops engaging and inspiring content to reach patrons using different range of digital channels within casino premises.
Processes and reviews reports as assigned including Monthly status reports and reconciles department financials, monthly.
Performs other tasks as assigned.
Protects all assets of the Company and the Slot Department at all times.
Ensures and maintains confidentiality in all Casino matters.
Job RequirementsEducation & Certification
Diploma/Degree in Business/Marketing or related field preferred.
Experience
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
Other Prerequisites
Well versed in Casino dynamics and self-driven to assure achievement of all Casino Initiatives.
Complete knowledge of events policies, Table & Slot procedures, and service standards.
Familiar with all Slots Products roadmap and Electronic Table Games systems
Familiar in developing marketing materials using HTML5, Illustrator & Photoshop, preferably within the gaming industry.
Ability to support and work closely with Gaming Floor Optimization, Slot Operations and Casino Technical team.
