The Programmes and Partnerships Department (PPAD) develops, plans and implements client\'s engagement programmes. PPAD also engages stakeholder groups and corporates through initiatives.PPAD\xe2\x80\x99s Volunteer Management Branch (VMB) manages the development, training, engagement and deployment of client\'s volunteers, as well as coordinates volunteer matters.Job Scope:The officer\xe2\x80\x99s key responsibilities are to assist the Team Leader to:\xc2\xb7 Plan, execute and monitor volunteer programme and its operation processes to achieve deliverables and outcomes\xc2\xb7 Plan and organise volunteer programme including, but not limited to the following areas:\xc2\xb7 Recruitment\xc2\xb7 Training/briefing materials and online/on-site training sessions\xc2\xb7 Deployment\xc2\xb7 Engagement and Gathering of feedback\xc2\xb7 Recognition and profiling of volunteers\xc2\xb7 Track and monitor progress, KPIs, resources, budget, and conduct reviews of volunteer programmes for continuous improvement and volunteers\xe2\x80\x99 experience.\xc2\xb7 Maintain a strong and lasting relationship with the network of volunteer leaders and continue to recruit more passionate and like-minded individuals as leaders.\xc2\xb7 Managing online/digital tools for overall volunteer management (e.g., MCCY-VMS 3.0)\xc2\xb7 Maintenance of volunteer database and provide updates on volunteers\xe2\x80\x99 performances and outreach effectiveness.\xc2\xb7 Act as a central point of contact for volunteers and for the coordination of volunteering enquires.\xc2\xb7 Any other ad-hoc duties assignedRequirements:
