Job Description
$6K + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hours
Location: West
Responsibilities
- Responsible for conducting the verification and validation (V&V) on the Internal Control Checklist (ICC) periodically.
- Assist in monitoring the ICC and Board Questionnaire (Submission by the person-in-charge, review, consolidation and reporting to the C-suite and/or Audit Committee).
- Assist in coordinating the internal audit activities done by the outsourced service provider across the Group and be responsible for following up the audit action implementation status.
- May be asked to assist in conducting Group\'s risk management and other internal control measures, and continuously improve the risk management and internal control using the best practices.
- May be asked to assist in conducting the corporate investigations.
- Maintain a strong rapport and collaborative relationship with management to mitigate key risks within the Group.
- Assist in carrying out ad-hoc projects or assignments as requested by C-suites and/or Board.
- Assist in conducting periodic face-to-face training/ workshop or computer-based training on GRC topics to other functions.
- Bachelor degree in Finance/Accounting and/or professional accounting qualification.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Application and business knowledge of SAP is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
