Job Description
- Create and maintain compliance policies and procedures in line with relevant regulations and standards.
- Perform regular risk assessments to identify potential risk and compliance issues and develop plans to mitigate risks.
- Support in the development and implementation of risk management strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Draft, evaluate, and negotiate legal agreements, contracts, and other legal documents on behalf of the organization.
- Degree in Law or equivalent
- At least 4 years of experience in enterprise risk management.
- Ability to carry ambiguity and confidentiality and good interpersonal and communication skills.
