Position Overview
The RPA Engineer will be tasked to build, design, develop and implement RPA solutions. The candidate shall make use of various RPA tools and technologies such as UiPath, Power Automate, VBA, Office Scripts to develop automation solutions. The candidate will analyze the processes and assess if the targeted processes can be automated. In addition, knowledge of and experience in business process re-engineering (including the application of tools from Lean Six Sigma), data visualization (Tableau) and Agentic AI would be an added advantage.
Role & Responsibilities

• Designing automation processes as per the operational needs
• Scripting using RPA tools (i.e., UiPath, Power Automate, VBA, Office Scripts) to develop automation solutions
• Reviewing the code and the design and providing expertise in the development, and integration of systems
• Maintaining of existing use cases (which has been automated), i.e. support all CR & RPA bug fixes
• Documenting the automation procedures (PDD, SDD, operational documentation)
• Act as single point of contact for the assigned projects
• End-to-end Project management of multiple concurrent projects including reporting
• Conduct user requirements workshops for process analysis and documentation
• Facilitate business prioritisation and grow the automation pipeline

Requirements

• Knowledge and experience in technical implementation of RPA such as UiPath, Power Automate and VBA / Office Scripts
• Certification in Productivity Tools (i.e., UiPath, Power Platform)
• Strong understanding of RPA solutions and fundamentals
• SME with working experience with RPA for enterprise IT environments
• Able to perform feasibility impact assessment and effort estimation for new requests
• Solid project management skills
• Knowledge in process improvement, design thinking, lean six sigma or equivalent
• Knowledge in Agile/ Scrum methodology
• Work independently and proceed with objectives without/minimal supervision
• Ability to cope in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge and experience in data visualization (Tableau) and Agentic AI would be an added advantage
