Job Description
Job Scope:
- Conduct feasibility studies for school development, review existing school designs and propose innovative and cost-effective solutions for future educational facilities
- Evaluate consultants' design proposals to fulfil operational requirements and fulfilment of maintainability needs
- Collaborate with development project and contracts teams to review project management processes
- Strong ability to analyse complex data and present findings through clear, visually compelling graphics and well-organised layouts that effectively communicate insights to diverse audiences.
- At least a diploma in architecture/real estate/engineering
- At least 2 years of working experience in office settings
- Relevant training and background in the areas of architecture, building, real estate or engineering
- Understanding of building industry and building regulations would be an advantage
- Strong collaborative, communication, interpersonal and project management skills
- Understand cost estimation, measurement and quantification of construction works, throughout the project lifecycle.
Contract Period: 12 months (1/11/25 to 30/10/26)
Salary: Up to $3500/month
