:The Job

• Manage security contract with vendor ensuring all terms and conditions, service level are met, and contracts are aligned with organizational policies and standards.
• Conduct periodic assessments of vendor performance and develop strategies to optimize vendor relationship and drive cost-efficiency while maintaining high-quality security services.
• Supervise the operation and ensure maintenance of all security systems such as surveillance cameras, access control systems, and perimeter defense system.
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and training programs to ensure departmental compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Lead security-related projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget constraints.
• Identify opportunities for innovation and process improvements to enhance security effectiveness and efficiency.
• Develop long-term strategic plans for security operations, considering evolving threats and organizational objectives.

The Requirements

• Diploma in any discipline with minimum of 5 years\' experience in security industry, preferably 3 years in management position.
• Minimum of 3 years\' experience in managing vendors and projects.
• Ability to think critically with good problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with peers across different department.
• Experienced in team management with good leadership.
• Proficient in Microsoft Offices (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
