As a Senior Executive / (Senior) Assistant Manager, Communications, you will be responsible for the following duties:
Develop and execute campaigns that promote the hospital's programs, initiatives, innovations, and the people behind them, including creating social media content that engages both patients and staff.
Create and implement staff engagement strategies aimed at enhancing the organizational culture, fostering collaboration, and boosting morale among employees.
Offer strategic communications guidance by providing branding and editorial oversight, while supporting internal stakeholders in effectively conveying key messages across various platforms.
Design and implement crisis communication plans, as well as participate in emergency preparedness drills to ensure the hospital is ready to handle unexpected situations.
Requirements:
Bachelor in mass communications, public relations, marketing, journalism or a related field
Relevant working experience would be an added advantage
