Min Diploma/Degree in Logistics Management or equivalent.
At least 3-5 years of working experience in Logistics, demonstrating expertise in warehouse management.
Familiar with air, sea, and land transportation arrangements and in handling requirements of Dangerous Goods (DG) cargo as per classified by International Maritime Organization.
Proficiency in warehouse management and a proven track record of project coordination within the logistics field.
Ability to collaborate effectively with 3PL and diverse Service Providers to ensure customer expectations are met.
Knowledge in the automotive industry will be of an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
Meticulous, detail-oriented with excellent organizational, planning skills, and time management.
Able to work independently as well as a good team player.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Job Roles and Responsibilities:
Provide crucial support to teams engaged in managing Service Providers and executing Warehouse Management activities.
Actively participate and contributing expertise in Warehouse Project activities.
Communicate, manage and oversee the performance of 3PL and Service Providers on daily shipments, including DG monitoring.
Conduct effective and efficient data analysis (preparation, transformation, and visualization) related to transportation and warehouse management.
Monitor daily and weekly shipment schedules from various Service Providers, ensuring meticulous organization and timely delivery by the 3PL. Escalate deviations as necessary during operational meetings.
Present KPI performances findings during weekly or monthly meetings with 3PL and Service Providers, actively working towards resolution.
Engage actively with the team through consistent involvement in daily operational emails.
Actively participate in cross-department collaboration initiatives.
