to support senior leadership in overseeing business operations, driving growth, and ensuring smooth execution of company initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Assist senior management in planning, coordinating, and executing business strategies. Monitor daily operations and ensure departments are working towards company objectives. Prepare reports, presentations, and updates for management review. Conduct market research, analyze data, and recommend improvements to enhance business performance. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to support ongoing projects. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards. Support in budgeting, financial tracking, and administrative tasks as required.

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field. Prior experience in business management, operations, or administrative roles preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general business software. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
