Job Description

What the role is:
Senior Executive
What you will be working on:

Plan, process and manage admissions, enrolment and examination activities for part-time courses
Handle queries and offer advice to course applicants, students, and academic staff
Collaborate with both academic and non-academic staff to ensure efficient course management and smooth administration of examinations
Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date student records
Conduct data verification and liaise with vendors to resolve any system-related issues
Plan, implement and monitor projects and initiatives for part-time courses
Contribute to TP and department ad-hoc projects and initiatives as needed
Compile data for reporting purposes
Provide general administrative support for the division, ensuring proper documentation is maintained.

What we are looking for:

At least 3 years of relevant work experience is preferred
Detail-oriented with analytical and problem-solving skills, and a good team player
Independent and self-motivated, with the ability to follow through on projects and deliver quality work
Good written and verbal communication skills, coupled with strong interpersonal and administrative skills
Able to effectively manage multiple tasks and projects to meet deadlines
IT-savvy, proficient in Microsoft Office applications and possess knowledge of AI technologies and their practical applications
