System Documentation: To liaise with ECOS Synapxe Team to ensure access to consolidated documents describing ECOS technical makeup and workflows for updates (e.g. on external requests and use of system admin tools)
User Documentation: To ensure each functional module has an updated "Yellow Pages" to refer for troubleshooting and as a basis for future enhancements. Includes quick reference guides and Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ).
Administrative Documentation: To identify and curate SOPs for OHRPP ECOS Maintenance and Enhancements, processes and guidelines
Change Adoption Support
Training and Support: Facilitate and support training sessions for new users, dissemination of user guides and assistant bot, support escalation paths & upkeep FAQs.
Change Management: To engage with stakeholders, facilitate ECOS User Satisfaction Survey and review results.
System Stabilisation: Review of ECOS survey results, refine balance scorecard tabulations and curate index for facilitating regular health checks of each module performance.
Job Requirements
Degree, preferably in Science / Life Sciences / Nursing / Pharmacy / Health Science
Experience in research, IRB and related training would be an advantage.
Possess good organization, project management and preferably with data analytical and good writing skills
