ResponsibilitiesPerform thorough analysis of spending and partnership with stakeholders, and development of overall sourcing strategy/category management planCoordinate within the procurement team for system related matters on optimization to achieve business goalsSupplier Relationship Management: Pro-actively develops and manages key stakeholders and suppliers, develops relationships, establishes KPIs/SLAs and classification of vendors, performance tracking, and communicates feedback.Work collaboratively with suppliers and customers to identify and execute continuous cost and performance improvement strategies.Conduct market research, analyze industry trends and evolving technology to proactively identify supply base issues to minimize risk, protect continuity of supply, utilize emerging opportunities, and ensure appropriate goods/ services are being acquired at competitive prices.Execute procurement tender process including development and spearhead of tender roadmap to meet NTU deliverables.RequirementsMinimum Diploma / Degree with 3 to 5 years of relevant experienceDemonstrate project and time management skills and ability to deliver exceptional customer serviceOrganized, meticulous with excellent interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work well with multiple competing priorities, manage projects and meet deadlinesA good team player and able to work independently with minimum supervision.Preference knowledge of financial systems, e.g., SAP and Ariba.Hiring Institution: NTU
