Job Description

Working directly with the Management Council, Transformation Office, CEO, Directors and stakeholders across all levels, you will assist to develop and drive corporate strategies and conduct reviews. You will actively participate in new initiatives and projects assigned. Your role includes preparing management reports, managing corporate events such as annual planning seminar, and supporting the management meetings which includes minute writing.



1) Corporate/Strategic Development

• To support in the development, implementation and review of annual work plans and budgets
• To plan and execute the Management Planning Seminar and management workshops

2) Secretariat Function

• To support in the preparation of agenda, consolidation of presentation materials, writing minutes, and follow up on matters arising for required management meetings

3) Management Reporting

• To consolidate achievements and progress inputs for quarterly, annual, and quadrennial management reports

4) Business Development / Projects

• To participate in new initiatives and projects, and business ideas in incubation

5) Management Events

• To assist in managing NTUC Club corporate events, for e.g. Quadrennial General Meeting

6) Others

• Provide cross functional support as and when required

Requirements

• Candidate must possess a Degree
• Minimum 2 years of experience in related field
• Excellent written and verbal communications
• Proficiency in MS office - particularly PowerPoint and excel
• Ability to multi-task and adhere to timelines
• A team player and adaptable to changes
