Job Description

The Senior Executive/Executive will be involved in driving and reviewing organisational strategies, for business relevancy and sustainability. The incumbent\'s main responsibilities include management-level minute writing and reports as well as the organisation of the annual workplan seminar. He or she will assist the CEO office to chart strategic directions and align business units with short and long term goals.



1) Corporate/Strategic Development

• To support in the development and progress review of the organisation\'s workplans and strategic objectives
• To plan and execute the annual Management Planning seminar and other related management workshops

2) Secretariat Support

• To facilitate the full spectrum of board / management-level meetings (quality minute writing is a key requirement)

3) Management Reports

• To monitor the progress of the organisational workplans and submit quarterly and annual management reports

4) Other Functions

• To participate in new or ad-hoc initiatives and projects; to provide cross functional support when required

Requirements

• Candidate must possess a Degree
• Minimum 2 years of experience in related field
• Excellent written and verbal communications
• Proficiency in MS office - particularly PowerPoint and excel
• Ability to multi-task and adhere to timelines
• A team player and adaptable to changes
