Position Overview
This role involves assisting with system migration testing, documenting processes, and collaborating with IT teams to resolve technical issues. The candidate will create reports and dashboards using visualization tools and provide training to business users on system functionalities. Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to the Resource Management System is a key responsibility. Strong analytical skills, effective communication, and experience in IT project management or resource management are essential.
Role & Responsibilities

• Assist with testing for system migration and enhancement
• Document system processes, troubleshooting procedures and user guides
• Collaborate with IT teams to resolve technical issues
• Create reports and dashboard by utilizing reporting and visualization tools.
• Provide training and guidance to business users on system functionalities
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Resource management system

Requirements

• Strong analytical and logical thinking skills with attention to details and ability to work independently
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams, excellent conflict-resolution and problem solving skills, good written/ communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational and customer service skills
• A passion to learn new skills, a willingness to share knowledge with others
• Degree in IT or any other relevant discipline
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in IT Project Management/Delivery/Resource management.
• Poised and professional with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in data visualization tools e.g. Excel, Tableau, etc.
