Develop and implement enhancements and modifications to the MS. Dynamics D365 Business Central to enable and optimize its capabilities to promote automation, business user's efficiencies, data analysis, information security, business compliance and system integration Plan and Implement upgrade landscape to ensure continuous improvement, compliance, optimization of capabilities and security. This involves collaboration with various technical experts and business users Investigate and resolve incidents ensuring SLA is met which includes collaboration with various support teams Requirements: Minimum 2 years relevant work experience in MS. Dynamics D365 BC , MS. Dynamics Nav 2009 and other versions. Deep knowledge on MS. Dynamics D365 and extensive experience on its set up, upgrade, development, implementation, administration and integration Intense drive for technological advancements and ability to make it happen Intense passion on learning and improving his/her knowledge Highly motivated independent worker with minimum guidance required Ability to work in an international and intercultural context Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken. This person will report to Chief Information Officer. Inclusive of this new contract staff, the team will be 3 pax. This team will be part of a major project working with other employees from the business departments.
