Job Description
What the role is:
Senior Executive, Tenancy & Licence Management
What you will be working on:
Manage and process new applications for tenancies/licences for the use of State land and properties
Consult and liaise with technical agencies (e.g. URA, LTA, NParks, etc) on the issuance and renewal of tenancies/licences
Liaise with tenants/licensees on all matters relating to their tenancies/licenses
Conduct site inspections to check on site conditions and monitor for compliance with tenancy/licence conditions
Resolve enquiries and feedback relating to tenancies/licenses
Formulate and review policies on tenancy/licence management
Conduct reviews to streamline processes
What we are looking for:
Qualification in any discipline, preferably Real Estate
Good interpersonal and communication (both written and oral) skills
Able to work independently
Meticulous with strong analytical ability
Proficient in Microsoft Office
