Key Responsibilities

Prepare and study tender documents, technical specifications, and tender drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance. Perform quantity take-offs from drawings and prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQ). Review, analyze, and evaluate supplier quotations to ensure cost-effectiveness and adherence to project requirements. Calculate and estimate project costs in line with the scope of work, specifications, and budget constraints. Prepare, compile, and submit tenders in a timely and professional manner. Coordinate with internal departments, consultants, and external stakeholders to clarify tender requirements. Ensure tender documentation is accurate, complete, and in compliance with company and client standards.

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. At least

3-5 years of experience

in tender preparation, cost estimation, and BOQ preparation, preferably in the construction/engineering industry. Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and relevant tendering/estimation software. Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to interact effectively with suppliers and stakeholders. * Highly organized, proactive, and able to meet tight deadlines.
