You will be a part of HPB's Human Resource & Organisation Development (HROD) which is responsible for effectively attracting, engaging, developing and retaining our people. Within the HROD division, the Workforce Planning & Talent Development (WPTD) Department focuses on workforce planning, talen acquisition (recruitment, internships & scholarships) as well as talent development to build up the sucession pipeline for HPB.

What You Can Expect
As a member of the WPTD team, you will be supporting and facilitating the end-to-end recruitment of talent for the HPB. You will execute the full spectrum of recruitment support administration which includes interview arrangement, application and/or renewal of work passes, onboarding processes of new officers and exit management.

You will own the onboarding process which includes coordinating with both internal and external stakeholders (ranging from portal accesses, staff pass, not limited to) and onboarding HR briefing of new hires.

And last but not the least, you'll oversee the Practicing Certificate renewal process for nurses and medical officers. You will maintain the medical officers' movements in HPB, including administrative duties such as preparation of their letters, onboarding and collating appraisal reports on a half-yearly basis.
