[What the role is]
Senior Executive/Assistant Manager (Engagement Officer)

[What you will be working on]
The successful appointee will help the SDAA\'s Digitalization & Engagement team with branding and marketing for Student Development activities at TP. He/she will focus on reaching all TP students and creating strategies and programmes to build and enhance connections between TP and its alumni.

The role involves helping the department to build effective online and in-person communication channels. It also requires using technology to boost engagement with students and alumni. The role would also require the incumbent to:

• Support TP-wide plans for student and alumni engagement through marketing and branding to boost TP students\' sense of belonging, strengthen ties with alumni, and enhance TP identity.
• Assist in coordinating efforts with schools, departments, student groups, and alumni to promote engagement.
• Support communication efforts, campaigns, and platforms (online and in-person).
• Support the execution of projects and activities promoting TP students\xe2\x80\x99 achievements and curating newsworthy alumni stories.
• Support activities that promote the branding of TP alumni.
• Increase student and alumni awareness of campus vibrancy activities.
• Manage the utilisation of the Student & Alumni Hub.
• Assist in coordinating and executing department/campus-wide activities, events, programmes, and projects, including a secretariat role for the annual Temasek Student Excellence Awards and CCA Scholarships.

[What we are looking for]
1. A tertiary education with at least 1 year of working experience.
2. Excellent communication (written and spoken), interpersonal, and organisational skills.
3. Experience in event and project management.
4. Strong administrative and IT skills
5. Ability to work with Microsoft Office and online tools.
6. Being digitally savvy and having experience with social media and marketing strategies will be an asset.
7. Willing to work beyond normal office hours to host events / lead overseas trips as and when required.
