. Primary responsibility is to assist in ORM risk activities based on the Eastspring ORM framework with a focus on SG/HK. This includes Policy Management, Risk and Control Self-Assessment, Models and User Defined Application management, and risk reporting for SG/HK and the region.

The incumbent is also expected to support projects in the building and development of the enterprise risk architecture.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Communicate and operate the Risk Management Framework, aligned with the Prudential Group Enterprise and Operational Risk Framework.
• Maintain a trusted, collaborative relationship with stakeholders to promote engagement in Risk Management activities and lead scheduled Risk reporting requirements.
• Support the Group\xe2\x80\x99s RCSA process and 2nd Line challenge of the RCSA process
• Manage and review standardised key risk indicators/metrics for analysis and early identification of risk trends.
• Assist in the reporting preparation and collation of the relevant Committee/Board Risk Pack.
• Coordinate the periodic attestation exercises as required
• Support the ORM Policy and Framework Desk
• Support the team on risk Initiatives to build up the risk architecture for Eastspring

EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS

• At least 2-5 years of proven experience in Enterprise and/or operational risk management as well as in the asset management industry.
• Good understanding of end to end investment management process, the type of data used in financial services and the risk technology platform being utilised.
• Analytical, meticulous, self-starter with a good command of English
• Experience with PowerBI is a must.
• Experience with data analytics skillset and Python is advantageous
