You will manage care integration for the SingHealth Regional Health System (RHS), providing operational and administrative support to ensure effective health promotion and capitation initiatives.


You will liaise with internal stakeholders and community partners to support population health projects. You will also gather and analyze data to support reporting and decision-making. As a project facilitator, you will support the development and implementation of approved projects, applying problem-solving tools to resolve issues. You will also provide administrative support, assist in annual work plan planning and organize RHS events.In addition, you will coordinate and implement initiatives to extend the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) programme, manage the dissemination of ERM best practices, analyze risk data to highlight trends, and act as secretariat to ERM committees and taskforces. Additional responsibilities may be assigned by your supervisor.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in any discipline Experience in healthcare would be an added advantage Strong analytical skills with an understanding of financials, statistics and workflow engineering and re-engineering would be advantageous Good presentation skills and ability to write well Highly independent and effective in team setting Excellent interpersonal communication skills, willing to learn and is self-motivated Proactive team player Resourceful and able to work independently with minimum supervision
