Communicate with potential vendors and follow-up with implementation up to completion to enhance the security of the port.
Complete administrative duties related to the projects (GRN, capitalisation, invoicing, service report etc.). Lead with meticulous follow-up for various projects implementation.
Other Responsibilities:
Participate in security drills and exercises.
Promote a security-conscious culture within all stakeholders.
Manages NOI issuance, assignment of the appropriate offence, and any follow-related follow-up.
Follow-up on insurance claims from third parties for security related damages.
Any other lawful work instructions by management.
The Requirements
ITE/Diploma/A Levels with at least 5 years of relevant work experience in the physical security industry.
Experience in managing security operations with more than 10 security personnel.
Basic knowledge of local security regulations and laws.
Certified Port Facility Security Officer (PFSO) with experience in the maritime industry will have an advantage.
Certification in TOPSIS and/or Conducting Red Teaming will have an advantage.
Self-starter with minimal guidance from management and a team player with good interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently, when necessary.
