Job Description

This leading organisation is looking for a Senior Executive / Assistant Manager, Maintenance & Repair (M&R Data Analysis) to join their Global team in Singapore.
The role focuses on optimizing global MNR KPIs by analyzing costs, validating reports, and identifying anomalies. Responsibilities include maintaining and improving cost KPI dashboards to improve overall cost and operational visibility for stakeholders, managing key digital projects, ensuring data integrity and standardization across all MNR platforms as well as implementing robust data governance practices. In addition, you will be the key point of contact for stakeholders, involves in strategic collaboration, providing functional support, and handling ad-hoc tasks to support team and departmental objectives.
Requirements

• Degree in a relevant field such as Business Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, or related business field
• Experience of 3 to 5 years in digital operations, business analysis or data analytics
• Analytical & Problem-Solving: Exceptional ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, detect anomalies, and propose effective solutions, advance data analytics skills.
• Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, meet deadlines and drive initiatives from conception to completion
• Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical information to diverse audiences
• Interpersonal & Collaboration: Strong ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external vendors
• Proactive & Detail-Oriented: A self-starter with a meticulous approach to data accuracy and process adherence
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within the organisation
• Experience in equipment maintenance/repair or similar roles within the shipping/maritime industry will be advantageous
