This role reports to Manager (CITO's Office) and is responsible in administering the recruitment and appointment of the department's full-time, contingent and contract staff; and providing general administrative support with the objectives of meeting staffing requirements, operational and people engagement needs.
Duties & Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update employee records in the HR system
  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating assessments.
  • Administer the recruitment, on-boarding and off-boarding process
  • Conduct orientation programme for new hires.
  • Handle general HR-related queries from staff and provide basic policy guidance.
  • Prepare HR reports and statistics for IT Management
  • Perform registration of training courses
  • Perform general HR admin duties such as submission of dependent pass application for employment pass holder staff, administer the issuance of visitor accounts to non-NUS staff (contractors, vendors), assign DID for zoom calls etc
  • Manage HR-related procurement (e.g. headsets, business cards)
  • Participate in people engagement (staff/student) projects
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Reporting Manager or department head
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • No experience required
  • Strong communication (verbal & written), analytical and interpersonal skills
