Senior Executive/executive, Operations (oncology)
Job Description
Job SummaryAs an Executive/Senior Executive* in Operations (Oncology), you will provide operations and administrative support to the department to manage the delivery of hospital-defined strategic goals and initiatives related to Oncology services in TTSH and NHG. This includes but not limited to areas such as (1) clinical operations support and workflow design, (2) data analysis and monitoring of service quality and performance indicators, (3) project management and service development, (4) financial and resource management, and (5) management of service agreement to ensure business continuity.Job Requirements
- Degree in any discipline, though related field such as healthcare management will be an advantage
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in healthcare settings.
- Experience in hospital operations or knowledge of oncology care services is a plus
- A team player who can collaborate well and work efficiently under tight deadlines, and able to manage projects independently
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for details
- The successful candidate may be offered Executive/Sr Executive position depending on the his/her years of relevant work experience
