• Design training/ OD solutions/ programmes to meet the needs of prospects and clients (proposals writing, program development, intervention design, etc)
• Work as a project team member to design and facilitate workshops in Business Transformation solutions in one or more of the following areas: Change Management, Team Development, Leadership Training & Development, Customer Experience
• Contribute to practice development by introducing new tools and methodologies
• Play the role of Project Lead in training projects
• Identify and generate new business opportunities and grow accounts

• ACTA or ACLP certified
• At least 5 \xe2\x80\x93 8 years of training/ facilitation experience
• Experienced in and ability to design blended learning will be a strong advantage
• Demonstrated experience in programme design
• Experience in conducting leadership and/or customer experience trainings are an added advantage
• Working knowledge of MS Office software including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Good communicator and effective leader with strong interpersonal skills
• Confident and demonstrate excellent and presentation skills
• Independent but a good team player, capable of meeting delivery targets
• Customer-focused
