To maintain the administrative system and ensure accuracy of all data and information.
To source and requisite necessary equipment and inventories needed for new sites and existing stores
To prepare and compile billing and service reports.
Support site selection and business case development
Support CEO on site leasing, lease negotiations, landlord requirements and project management
Manage new outlets opening / refurbishment project plans, coordinating interior design for restaurants, kitchen layout planning and service contracts with suppliers, scheduling and arranging for opening of new restaurant as required by statutory requirements
Manage the pipelines of store development works (new stores, refurbishment & closure)
Liaise with franchisees in the region and Brand owners on store concept development and tracking of renovation status
Closely coordinating & liaising with GM/Ops Manager in \xe2\x80\x9cRepair & Maintenance\xe2\x80\x9d of outlets with close advised and direction from direct superior.
Keeping file and updating of all existing outlets expiry lease dates and lease terms
Keeping file on all sites visited and surveyed for references purposes.

Provide overall support to the CEO
Keep records and reports up to date.
Other ad-hoc administrative tasks are assigned by HOD.
Provide administrative support to various departments

Requirement
Minimum 3-4 years of relevant working experience
Experienced in F&B industry is an advantage
Willing to travel when required
Good communication and coordination skills
Responsible, committed, and able to work in fast paced environment
