Pharmaceutical Manufacturing MNC
Basic $3500-$4500 (depends on experience)
5 Days | 8:30am - 6pm
16 days A/L + AWS + Medical Benefits
Changi South (Co. Trspt: Tampines, Bedok, Tanah Merah, Sengkang)
Responsibilities:
Maintenance / management of building facilities and repair of production Support equipments
Carry out daily routine check of the plant to ensure safety and identify and take preventive measures on unsafe findings and issues
Coordinate mandatory servicing of equipment (ACMV, electrical, fire protection system and lift maintenance, etc.) and waste disposal with appointed vendors
Liaison and ensure proper management of contractors and other related service providers
Supervise maintenance landscaping within plant and office premises
Liaise with government bodies and external consultants to ensure compliance of all statutory regulations and licensing requirements
Requirements:
Min. Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial / Building or Facilities Engineering or equivalent
Possess ISO 14001 certificate is preferred
3-5 years experience of facility management in manufacturing environment
Good hands on skill in maintenance of M&E, plumbing works and production machineries
PLC knowledge will be an advantage
